No don't play role playing online games they are addictive graphics are rubbish even though they say they're good (To draw you in). It will consume alot of your time. Plus what's the point......... Keep on playing untill your the best than what?

You pay $15 a month. And, some of the comments above me are made by ignorant people who have obviously never played it. you just need to control the game. Don't spend all your time on it. You buy the game from a store and install it and set up for an account. the game itself is $20 and comes with a free month. It's a really good game in my opinion. Alot of people take it too seriously and can get addicted, which is what you always hear about. The game itself is alright, just keep in mind that it is a game, and nothing will be wrong.

I played WoW for, give or take, 3 years straight. I'd hardly ever find myself bored while playing it, not necessarily because it's got the greatest gameplay, but because I had friends that played it. When you interact with real people, you learn social skills that single player video games don't teach you. Though, a few months ago I quit the game due to sheer boredom. I had played the game a lot, during the summer upwards of 12 hours a day, but it didn't get boring because I had people to talk to. The reason I quit was because my favorite part of the game, PVP (Player Versus Player) combat was becoming annoying, and the game was just developing a repetitve nature that I found boring. I defintely recommend you to play it, though, the leveling up is fun, especially if you get involved with the quest's story lines. If you play it, don't level up to quick, because at the level cap (70), there isn't too much exciting stuff to do, as quests run dry.I admit, I was addicted to the game, but when I left it, it wasn't hard to let it go. An example of it's addiction: Me playing for 40 hours straight, yeah, almost 2 days.Well, anyways, buy it, it's a good game. But don't let it consume your life, it'll have no mercy on your soul!

My son used to play it, It annoyed the hell out of me because having paid £40 for the game I then found I had to pay £10 a month for him to play it!! I pre paid for six months but before this time was up he had stopped playing because his account kept getting hacked and his items were stolen, idiots on there gang up on individuals and don't let you move without killing you etc etc etc.He now plays either Guildwars (similar game play but once you've bought the game its free!! (big plus as far as I'm concerned!!) or Cabal Online also similar but totally free as you install it online (although you can buy Cabal money to upgrade things etc)
