I actually think if they started playing it they would be hooked...Thats what happened to melol semi-prep turned nerdedit :You can have a life and play world of warcraft. I have a boyfriend, he plays. I was the one who got him to play in the first place. I actually think that world of warcraft is a good learning tool as well... My little brother wasn't doing good in school, because he has a learning disability, he was in the 5th grade and couldn't read! We got wow, and immediately, his skill in reading/typing went up tremendously. It actually takes an intelligent person to play the game, and know what they are doing. Like specing, buying gear, knowing what your class needs to be better.lol so people need to stop dissing World of warcraft, Its awesome :)

It's only a waste of time if you're missing out on other things. I played lots of games at your age, too, but I also made time for girls. ;)Here's a hint: if more than one person in your life is telling you you're missing out.... you're missing out.

Well, you've already said you have a job, you have a girlfriend, and you're going to school. I think obviously you have some priorities in your life, and what you do with your free time is your business as long as you are not harming yourself or anyone else. As long as you know how to properly balance the priorities in your life, and you know that gaming, whether it be WoW or some console game, or what, is a hobby, then you're okay.
