Should I be holy/disc. priest in world of warcraft?

Im gonna make a priest in world of warcraft and im gonna make him shadow spec'd at first, but what i wanted to know is if i should switch from shadow to holy/disc. when i get to a higher level. Also do holy/disc. priests do as much damage as a shadow? Another thing i wanted to know is if i change to holy/disc. how many talent points should i put in each tree?Thanks

I heard that Shadow Priest can do more damage than Holy/Disc. Holy/Disc, I believe, do more healing but can do some damage if the talent points are put in the right categories in the talent tree. Another thing if you change from Shadow to Holy/Disc, it'll cost u some G's. Hope this helps.

those answers b4 me didnt really answer the question.... i believe as a low lvl u should stay shadow so u can go quest solo then at 58-70 somewhere between there change to holy bcuz people r always looking for healers for quests/instances/raidsp.s. pick me 4 best answer
