Grinding. Plant yourself somewhere with a fast respawn rate and go at it.

I personally use a horde guide to level. You can see what I use at:http://www.wowscamsrevealed.com/horde.htmlIf you don't want to use a guide the best answer is grind. But grinding can become boring doing the same thing over and over again. Hope that helps you out.
