World of Warcraft Question?

I plan to make a Blood elf Rogue and my basic question iso Blood elves make god rogues for PvE?(goups, solo, instances and later raids)I know there is a LOT of Blood elf hate around, but if you could please give a helpful answer instead of " OMGWTF LOLZORZ BE's R G@@YY!!" I plan to PvE pretty much all the time. Once i hit 70 i'll probably do all the raids i can be bothered to do then respec for the arena and probably do the battlegrounds as well.I understand that the undead usually make the best rogues mainly because of the WoTF. I am not discarding the WoTF ability at all- i think it is a godly ability. But if i do roll a Blood elf. Will (or can) it be successful in PvE AND PvP? (Without WoTF i mean) So to recap (lol) I want to play a Blood elf Rogue and just about do PvE %100 of the time until level 70 after i raid as much as i can then start the arena and do more and more PvP. The question is...Can i do all this seeing im not an undead and not hyave WoTF?PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE ANSWERING!yeah sorry one more question.I want to do all that was stated above but if i do play a blood elf rogue, will everyone who isn't a blood elf and automatically think im a 12 year old kid "Blood elf rogue n00b"? I mean (and i know this is a weird question) if i roll a blood elf will i actually be able to gain respect of my WoW peers without everyone thinking im another kid who came from the alliance to the horde because blood elves are "pretty"?

You should probably just try it first. I've never tried being a blood elf because i prefer alliance. But who cares if other people think your a noob, just prove to them that you are not. Just don't waste your time on it for too long if it doesn't work at first.

You 'could' be really good at PvP and PvE as a BE rogue but my personal opinion is that BE rogues are by far and away the worst horde rogue option because all of their good racials are caster oriented and rogues have no spells/mana. I far prefer trolls or orcs due to berserking and blood fury which makes for some nasty "I Win Button" macros. Undead are really good in PvP mainly due to WotF as you mentioned but it's not really as fun as just pounding somebody hard like trolls and orcs can.Generally speaking your choice in race is a moot point though. Your gear and ability to play your class well are going to win more fights than your racials are.People might joke about you being a BE from time to time just in good fun but then you just answer back with cow jokes, orc women are ugly, trolls think they're gangstas... It should all be casual though. Anybody who takes it seriously is just being a tool, throw them on ignore.
