Nintendo Wii Console not working?

I was trying to play with my Nintendo Wii and I got the remote out and pressed the on button my console didn't turn on nor did my wii remote. I even pressed the on button on my console but nothing happened still. If anyone can help me I would really appreciate it.

Send it back to nintendo, it is obviously faulty.

Before you send it to Nintendo try unplugging it and waiting a sec or so and plug it in again. If that doesn't work then it is something big so you would have to send it to Nintendo. Look on their website to see what the address and shipping details are if so. Hope this helps.

Actually, before you do any of that, you may have to sync up the wii-mote to the system. inside of the remote battery cover there is a red button and on the wii console front (under SD card lid) there is another red sync button. This is how you hard sync the controllers mac address to the console. This is something you HAVE to do with a purchased controller. The one that comes with it should be synced but sometimes you have to just resync it yourself. Good Luck.

well... try again... try unplugging the cord wait a few seconds or minuttes and plug it back in.. if it still doesn't work refer to the manuals that came with the system.. also check if your wiimote actually has batteries.. if all else fails call nintendo and see what they say..
