Is it possible to get a Lord of the Rings or Warhammer Online private server?

I play on a World of Warcraft private server but i am bored of it and i want to move on to one of these games but my parents won't let me pay and i can't find any private servers myself. Is there and private servers for them or at least a way i can get either one free?
