• Flaming – While debate and discussion are encouraged, we will not tolerate rude or insulting posts, personal attacks or inflammatory posts of any kind.

• No Trolling – Creating or posting in a thread for the sole purpose of harassing a user, stirring up hostilities, or derailing/hijacking a thread topic is not allowed.

• No Spamming – Posting multiple threads or posts with the same or similar content is not allowed. This rule also applies to the use of our forum private message system to spam other members.

• No Impersonation – Impersonation of other forum members, the forum moderators or any other official representative is not allowed.

• Do not abuse staff members – We will not tolerate personal attacks against any member of staff. Please send a PM to one of the higher ranked staff members if you have an issue with any staff member or send an e-mail to admin@mmotp.com

• No Foul Language – This includes the use of invectives like fag or gay (or any variation), sexually explicit language, racially or culturally insensitive comments, or the use of any words understood as offensive to others.

• No Offensive Images – This includes forum icons, User Content, and message attachments (including screenshots) deemed pornographic, defamatory, offensive or otherwise inappropriate.

• Do not pick on new users – Please remember that new users will not always know where to find information that may be common knowledge to the seasoned forum user.

• Do not infringe Copyright – Attachments and User Content must not include any content which is the intellectual property of any organization or individual other than the (Company) or yourself.

• No Advertising for Commercial Purposes – The advertising of in-game services or society recruitment is acceptable, provided it is posted in the correct forum sections. Other advertising is forbidden, unless with the express, written permission of MMOTP (Trade Portal).

• No Discussion of Illegal Activities – This includes software and music piracy and discussions involving illegal drug use.

Penalties:

If you do not follow the rules and expectations, then we reserve the right to issue warnings and take action against your account.

On the website / forums:

1. You will be given a warning via the forum PM system.
2. If we have to warn you more than 2 times, a 7 day ban will be placed on your forum account. In severe cases, this ban may be applied immediately.
3. Any further rule violation will result in a permanent ban from the MMOTP (Trade Portal) forums.

We reserve the right to accelerate this process in severe cases, at our discretion. Our forum moderation staff will be the sole arbiters of this process; however you may file an appeal to any warning or ban using our support e-mail: admin@mmotp.com
