The resto shammy sits at 1900 heals unbuffed with a very good offspec enhancement set that includes T5/6 weapons. The mage has around 850 bonus damage in mostly T4 or better gear including T6 Helm offhand belt pants and trinkets. Both do have a slot or two that can be easily upgraded but both characters are ready for early Black Temple T6 content. The Shaman is actually geared enough to go a bit beyond that. between the two of them you have maxeds out Alchemy and Jewelcrafting (combined is an easy 300+ gold a day) Herbalism and Engineering.
