As a seller - You sell a char, get paid through PayPal, and after losing control over the account, the PayPal payment is being retracted (with a false claim that the seller didnt supply the goods) and you basically lose all your money. 2. As a buyer - You buy a char, pay for it and get your account information, after awhile you find out that you lost control over the account and your password was reset by blizzard because the original owner filed a claim for it and proved he is the original owner of the account.
