do a search on how to report a scam. You will probably find many sites where you can file a report. If nothing else- the more you report, the more others won't fall for it.... that is IF they do a search.

All i can suggest is let gaming sites know, (such as MMOTP.com) that the site scammed you!

Getting into a battle with a website is probably not a good idea. If they scammed you on something you were already getting illegally, you're pretty much ****ed. Unless you're a hacker, you can't do much yourself. And due to you getting something from them illegally, you can't really call the authorities either. Sorry bud, but you should probably just forget about it, and not deal with them anymore.

Create a thread on scam.com so that people searching the name of the site will find out that it's a scam.

Pwnd Illegal to buy gold? - First comment; New Memeber

Hello,
Just browsing the forums and noticed few statements regarding the legality regarding the purchase of WoW Gold. As far as the WoW community is concerned, purchasing wow gold is frowned upon. Yes, I believe it is a violation of Blizzards ToS, But by no means is it illegal.
By no means does that mean you should be scared to report them for fraud. They stole your hard earned money plain and simple. If that does not bother you then dont bother reporting.

Do more research next time before you decide to purchase anything wow related, unless its from blizzard. Always do your homework and read reviews from other WoW players. I know a really good reliable site for wow gold with great delivery, So far. I've only made a handful of purchases and everyone has been delivered within 5min on a good day and around 30min on a bad day. Due to me not being readily available for in-game trade. Swagvault is the company.

Sorry for the random comment.. Servers down and I'm bored.
