I used this character to PK a lot, its done me well for the past years! Especially in Members.

What is the main difference between level 73 and level 78? Is 78 the more complex of the two?

The levels are how good the characters are at combat. So the lvl 78 would be better at the combat skills but by the looks of it far infirior in terms of other skills.
