need high rep to build adv shipyard
you need to have high rep to build the adv or master shipyards, on wiki page it says you must be celebrated. ummm that requires alot of questing for the tradesmen npc. whoever the shipbuilder is gonna be needs to be fulltime FT running trade missions.
I do remeber seeing missions where you would get 100-250 rep with the trade union or whatever spains trade thingie is the problem is this also causes you to lose a similar amount with the trade guilds of the other nations (sometimes)
I believe this will screw FT's trying to farm resources from other nations (which in turn makes me want to attack other nations all the moreso)
as I don't think you can build structures in towns where your rep is -500 (or maybe its -750) again not sure if that is the case just saying
anyway some food for thought for shipbuilders
