you need the disk, since most of the time memory is saved there.

No, most of the data is now dumped onto your hard disk.

just go to game copy 5star pro protection at gamecopuworld.com and download a clone img
and Dtools so you can run it

this way you will never need to use the CDs anymore

For me, its needed. By the way, its depend on you if you want to use it or not. Some people just fine to make PC games without disk.

of course it is illegal nothing fun is
but if you already got the game and just don't want to mess around with all the CDs every time you feel like changing a game there is nothing wrong with it
Dtools is totally legal

of course you can. that's what gamecopyworld and some other no-cds sites are for. beside, it hurts ur dvd drive if you keep on using it with no rest .. Or , you could try all those guides online and make your own cd image
