I would get a NVIDIA GeForce 8500 GT. If you want to play the newest games that are coming out, I would recommend this. I just got it yesterday and it works like a charm on my Crysis game.

ATi has come out with 3850 and 3870 which meet the requirements that you wanted. it's cheap , high end cards with less power usage than 8800 and 2900 series. Or , you could just get urself a mid end card ? i'm currently using 2600xt and don't have any problem running COD 4 in high details

i use ATI radeon x1650pro, 512MB, ddr2 it's good trust me
