MMORPG Trade Portal gives you the option of automatically relist an item if it's not sold for free. You can find the settings in the auction wizard.

When clicking "sell" on top menu, It will prompt you to register for free.

Not sure if it's just me, I'm getting a error:

"Not Found

The requested URL /new_item,option,sell_item was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Port 80 is usually found in some applications.. So, I'll restart my computer to see if the port was left open or not. But it looks server side if you ask me.

To anyone receiving similar errors as what btraill had posted, the issue should be resolved and you can now navigate the website normally.
