I have a buyer who refuses to abide by all the terms of a sale. My posting clearly stated that only voice communication would close the deal. The buyer refuses to comply.

What to do?

Aggreed with Manchester on this one.

If a buyer does not comply to the sellers terms then he/she of the seller should not sell to the buyer and if the seller still aggress to go on with the sell then do it at your own risk.
