WoW Druid (Res Build)?

Well you will get into groups easy being a healer. Other than that what is there to say?

My guild would use you in raids with that spec, but to be truthful, our druids are feral or balance specced.If healing's your thing, which it sounds like it is, it looks fine.

Yes, that is the way to spec if you want to be the best healer you can be. A lot of people will put one point into Nature's Grasp...not a big deal either way.Also, a lot of people will put 10-20 points in the Balance tree so they can do a little damage when they feel like it. They take those points from Naturalist and Tranquil Spirit because you can't use Nature's Touch when in Tree form...and they like to be in Tree form a lot. But you should stick with what you have for now and try everything out. Good luck!
