Lord of the rings online help?

i downloaded the 7 day free trial for Lord of the Rings Online after i installed it i played it once so i know that it works but the problem is that i cant get it to run again another fact that might help is that i have windows vista so the program may run different than it does for others who dont have vista

What exactly is it not doing? I have the game and it won't work because I have a firewall so when other people try to connect to me to play, it kicks me out. If that is the problem you have to go into the firewall and forward a port for that particular game. You can search the net for port forwarding as there are many steps and it's too difficult for me to try to explain.Another error I receive is that after being online with the EA server it suddenly disconnects me and says, "Lost connection to server." So I have many errors with the game.What are the specifics for your error? And FYI it worked the first week or two, then it started giving me the errors above, so what happened along the way, I don't know.
