Default im trying to find a good computer, or laptop at a good price range that can support guild wars the first one?

it has to have over 2gb and a very good sound, graphics card and what ever you need for guild wars. it has to be in a price range through $300-790. either a laptop or desktop that comes with everything you need(the entire set) where all i have to do is set the computer, laptop up and download guild wars? the price range kind of stinks but its the best i could get. please someone help?

The recommended system requirements, as posted on the Guild Wars site, are as follows: Windows XP/2000/ME/98 Intel Pentium III 1GHz or equivalent 512 MB RAM CD-ROM Drive 2 GB Available HDD Space ATI Radeon 9000 or GeForce 4 Ti Series Video Card with 64MB of VRAM 16-bit Sound Card Internet connection Keyboard and mouseOf course, your actual game enjoyment may vary, depending on your previous experience with this type of game. If the FPS (frames per second) rate drops below 24 you will begin to experience a stutter effect due to the individual frames of images being generated becoming more apparent, thus affecting your ability to suspend your disbelief that you are just playing a video game. Also, this lower FPS can effect your ability to respond to an ongoing set of activity that requires you to react as quickly as you can, thus it also affects your eye-hand coordination. In other words, your apparent game response will not reflect your true capabilities. So lower FPS means you're less likely to kick a**, and it's more likely that during on-line play you'll hear words like 'loser', 'newbie' or 'lamer' in response to your game play. Unfortunately, there is no mention of the 'quality' of your game experience or the associated FPS that you can expect from this relatively basic game system. If you look at the 3rd 'chapter' of the series, the 'recommended' system requirements have become the 'minimum', and the new 'recommended' system is as follows:Windows XP/2000/VistaIntel Pentium 4 2.0 GHz or equivalent1 GB RAMDVD-ROM Drive4 GB Available HDD SpaceATI Radeon 9600 or NVIDIA GeForce FX 5700 series video card or above16-bit Sound CardInternet connectionKeyboard and mouseDirectX 9So if you wish to play the complete series, you should shoot for this set of requirements. You should be able to locate the main components locally for less than $150 and then order the video card (ATI instead of nVidia since they also mention problems with the 5xxx series of GeForce cards) on-line for around $50.
