How much time are you available to devote to MMOTP? S: M: T: W: T: F: S: (in hours please)
Sundays : 6 AM - 10 PM
Mondays-Thursdays : 4 PM - 8 PM
Fridays : 4 PM - 12 PM
Saturdays : 6 AM - 12 PM

Have you had past Moderating expierence before? If so what website/forum?
Draynor.net - A site that provides tools for RuneScape players. Moderated the forums for 2 months.

What is your monthly desired pay? (Keep in mind we are on a budget)
Something reasonable. None if necessary. I plan to do this mostly for fun and experience, not for the money.

Why do you want to be part of the MMOTP staff?
I am very impressed at the erratic rate in which this gaming forum is growing. It is new, and yet has so much activity. I am an active gamer and tend to no-life forums at times. I have a wide range of talents including good moderating skills, HTML & CSS knowledge ( some PHP ), and you can rely upon me to take initiative to complete tasks with or without being asked to do so. I have great literacy skills and am fluent in the English language. I am an enthousiastic kind person, and would love to be part of the MMOHawk team. I plan to do this as long as possible, and contribute to the MMOHawk community.

If one of our members were to insult you, go to a low level with you and say awful things that might offend you. How would you handle this situation? Please be extremely specific with this question.
First, I would delete the inappropriate content that was made by the member. Second, I would PM him a warning explaining how he broke the rules, and the consequences if it were to happen again. If I were to catch him do it again, I would suspend his account, and finally report the member to an admin, and let them handle the situation. I'm a nice guy, so I will do this all through PM, as it is private matters. Moderators represent the forums, and should be nice to their members, but at the same time, enforcing the rules.

It all depends on how bad the content he posted was, and the powers that the moderators have. I would never immediately ban them.
