You can try Blender, a fantastic free 3D modeling program that has game capabilities -- though it's not particularly strong in that area. (http://www.blender.org/)But you're going to need to learn some coding (like Java, what I've seen most mmorpg's in) and servers to handle all the people which aren't cheap. Plus the learning curve for 3D work, animation, and coding is very high. Good luck though, hope it helped
