Hopefully, my seamlessly endless amount of times I've tried to solve my problems will help you.

Errors Addressed in this Thread:
- UCS-60257
- UCS-60260
- UCS-5111

UCS-60257:
The server is busy or you have entered incorrect information.
Please note the following points and try again.
- Please check whether your card is valid.
- Please check your card number.

Solution:
Make sure the credit card information you entered is correct.
- Instead of 123 Fourth Street use 123 4th St.
- Has the security code on the back of your credit card changed ?
- Remember, no periods(.), number signs(#), etc. can be used.
- Ask your bank for the exact information!

Give time between tries.
- You need to wait at least thirty minutes before attempting to register your account or pay your fees.
- I suggest waiting at least thirty-five minutes.

$1 USD pre-authorization.
- Is your bank account still showing the pre-authorization(s) ?
- Wait until they're gone before trying again.
- Contact your bank and ask if the $1 pre-authorization is still there.
- The $1 pre-authorization lasts three to seven days.

Your Location.
- Is the clock on your console or PC set to the correct time ?
- If it's not, be sure to change it as this could also effect your ability to register and/or pay a fee.

UCS-60260:
The entered security code (3-digit number) is different from the one registered with the card company.
Please re-enter your security code or try again after contacting your card company.

Solution:
You didn't wait long enough between tries.
