with shipbuilding for lvl 50 requiring so much time/resources I'm thinking about trying to set up a weekly schedule to simplify production. that, and trying to streamline production more by having peeps focus on certain aspects of the ships as well.
1st oak(fir)/lumbermill or iron/ingots-ship fittings/nails/mast hoops/anchors/cannons. we need more peeps doing this or one or two people only doing this. IE multiple iron/forge/weaponsmith on one person 2nd hemp/textile mill-rope/rigging,canvas/sails I got this covered although getting enough hemp/leather all the time is a problem 3rd provisioning supplies-keyser and carm making me most of the stuff, diego is doing the wheat/flour not sure who is going to be making sugar/rum 4th and maybe should be 1st is need a 2nd large shipyard set up which means another lvl 30 FT the reason I say this is because of the amount of time that the lvl 50's require to make 1 (or 2 in some cases) is 2 days to click make it the hull is 1 day the mast section are 1 day. so in around 1 week I could make 1.75 ships for the guild if I have all the materials to make them. the ships of the line require lineship structure bundles--> Recipe: Lineship Structural Materials -- Pirates Of The Burning Sea Vault the amount of stuff needed to make 1 of them and the least required is 8 is ALOT of time/money invested. largeshipyards can make 1 of these a day as well. so to make ONE 3rd rate ship in the shipyard alone is 8 days for the bundles 1 day for the hull 1 day for the mast 2.5 days for the click it. so almost 2 weeks to build ONE (and probably 2+mill in resources) anway thinking plan should be 2 days a week be supply/demand days (probably tues/thurs) meaning you burn up time those days making resources and hauling everything to havana. since most people are setting up resources in the same cities this shouldnt be a big issue. we have 2 atlas barks (1400 tons) and im sure everyone has one ship with 100+tons of cargo space. being able to move 2000+ units of material from any port to havana in 1 shot shouldn't be an issue. I'm guessing this will require roughly an hour of time each day. sisal/campeche will most likely be 2 runs in 1 day hopefully wind is with us but the amount of oak/iron/copper that we will need to move around is enormous-oak/iron being the 2 biggest simply because of the amount needed for hulls/cannons/metal ship parts. anway I'm reloading stuff on my computer i wont be on pirates til tomorrow (weds) afternoon/night ~C~ |

I have plenty in my warehouse and wanted to be able to make my own cheese and bread as well as Smelling Salts. I demolished my Limestone Quarry and opened a Hunting Lodge. Checking the AH, there aren't many Game Animals listed and I'm not gonna pay more than they are worth for the few rabbits and deers I found listed. Quote:
I know we work out of Havana, would there be any thought to looking for a second Deep Natural Harbor port elsewhere?
