well i guess i do not experience that kind of situation of yours, all the people in the game are so helpful. I also love their event which is called "masteral academy" where we can be a part of the game community and people are willing to help you to enhance your character til 31. GMs are so approachable and easy to interact with, i love the way they answer newbie. They always have time for the new players. All i want in a game is in Neosteam, so when this game launch its official server, i do not have a second thought to play
