The best thing you can do is to Appeal to blizzard, apoligize for the problem, and then just do what the rest of us do. Quest and grind. Just do all the quests your level can do, then once your finished in that area, type in General chat what area is best for your current level. easy enough for me, and im a level 41 after 2 weeks.
