Its not possible for your 5 year old card to be a pci-express card,don't you mean pci ?If your PC is 4 years old,it probably doesn't have a pci-express slot, so the cards you mentioned above won't work.You need to upgrade your motherboard,keep the power supply.The video card memory has nothing to do with the system memory
