Prophecies (not prophesies) is the same as the original Guild Wars game. You'll never find a box with the word "Prophecies" on it. It sounds like you bought the right game. Welcome to the game and have fun. If you enjoy it then go ahead and buy Factions and NF. You'll find that they add a lot more content and depth to the adventure.
