This is a good system yes. Everything will work with each other. I believe you meant 8800GT for your graphics cards? A couple things to consider though... You need a case that is large enough to house all of that stuff, get a full size case. You also might consider getting 4 gigs of ram instead of 2, it helps a lot. You will probably need some serial ata cables, other than that looks like you are golden. Enjoy.
