2. As a buyer - You buy a char, pay for it and get your account information, after awhile you find out that you lost control over the account and your password was reset by blizzard because the original owner filed a claim for it and proved he is the original owner of the account.

To prevent these scams from happening, and make both of us feel safe and relaxed, we can do this:

THIRD PARTY: I will pay a professional 3rd party to do the transaction. They will hold the account, verify everything I say is true, then when the money has been transferred over to me they will give you the info to the account.

Payment Method: I am taking Western Union. Normally most sites will tell you not to use Western Union because it favors the seller and some sellers will give you something you didn't pay for, however I have a way to counter this by giving the account to a professional 3rd party.

This 3rd Party method has worked very well in the past for both myself and the buyers. They are a reputable 3rd Party that many people including myself have used and no one has had any problems with them. They verify the account is exactly what I say it is, and they ensure a smooth transaction because I no longer am in control of the account (I switch everything over to them) and they will not fully release the account to the buyer until I have received funds.

Passing control method (please read carefully):

Once the funds are verified & cleared, I will post that I have received the funds and the 3rd party will release the account information over to you. I will not post until I have received the account. If for some reason I am unable to post, you can post a verification number for the 3rd party that will allow the 3rd party to release the account to you.

Having the account created with your email address and telephone number I WILL NOT be able to contact blizzard and ask for my character back. Since I won't have access to the email address assigned to the account, won't have the cd-keys of the account, and won't even live in the same city as listed on the account. Without all these, I can NEVER regain control of this character, and this will make you 100% safe and relaxed knowing your character can never be taken away.

The 3rd Party will provide you with all the NEW details that I no longer know to the account (Account Name, Password, Secret Question and Answer, and reset the phone number and email to your own). Also, the account is in very good standing with Blizzard and has never been banned or suspended.

Since I am 100% verified on both reputability and going through a middle man, I will need your phone number for the Western Union Transaction. I will call you through the unblocked phone number that is tied to the account to verify your information so I can receive the funds.
